Revealing Our Latest Interior Design Project: Captain Drive

This project has been a labor of love, blending aesthetics, functionality, and creativity to bring our client’s vision to life. Every detail was carefully curated to ensure a harmonious and inviting atmosphere, and we couldn't be more excited to reveal the final result!

From the beginning, the goal was to create spaces that not only look stunning but also feel comfortable and practical for everyday living. The design was inspired by organic, neutral, and bold design, incorporating timeless elements with a fresh, modern twist.

Here are some standout details that truly define this transformation:

Color Palette & Textures: This project was all about creating harmony with earth tones and texture. We wanted the space to feel organic and calming while incorporating warm neutrals.  

Furniture & Layout: We knew the library room needed a cozy seating area, and a table for playing games (doubling as a dining table for additional seating when hosting). For the dining room, comfortable but functional seating was at the top of our list.

Custom Details & Decor: This project is full of unique touches! In the dining room, we chose to make the ceiling a statement by adding a secondary layer with curved soffits and applied moldings to emphasize the curves. Reflecting the same curvature you see throughout the space. For the library room, we were working with an unused room so after talking it through with our client we decided to build a beautifully massive built-in with a rolling ladder (and yes, of course we had a lot of fun rolling around on the ladder while styling this stunning built-in!)

It’s incredible to see how far these spaces have come! Witnessing the transformation from concept to completion is immensely rewarding. 

Bringing this project to life has been an absolute joy! Hearing our client tell us the library room is now always being used and has become one of their favorite rooms makes it all the more fulfilling.
